red_eyed_sin is the journal for Nathaniel Essex, alias Mr. Sinister, for the ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small}
theatrical_muse community. Mr. Sinister is a character from X-Men. I am making no money (alas!) from this character exercise. 
Nathaniel Essex is currently working for SHIELD as a geneticist, and part of the 50-States Initiative. He is currently at work on solving the mutant live-birth problem, and lives in Savannah, Georgia, with his assistant (and surrogate daughter) Isobel Chambers.
Sinister's rather lurid career as a supervillain seems, for the moment, to be over. He is dating Rachel Summers-Grey, and she also lives with him and Isobel in Savannah. Rachel, aided by the Phoenix, gave Nathaniel his emotions back several months ago, and Nathaniel is learning how to deal with the resurgence of human emotion. He's not a good man, exactly, but he's not precisely a bad one, either.
At least, for now. Sinister has always had his own agenda....
